Veronica was pining for the beach, so we hired a car and headed south into Wicklow. The plan was to have our first swim in Ireland.

It was fantastic weather for the drive on the way down, but as soon as we got to the beach, the clouds came over, and the wind picked up. We didn't go into the water, but had a wander along the beach.
